Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a product is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if:

• The product was not delivered due to technical error
• Duplicate payment occurred

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
